  • Data Design

  • Data Imports

    • Reusable content vs sends, etc

    • Creation of Segments, Alerts, ETLs, etc

  • Exports and Reporting

  • Preference Center

  • If Applicable

    • IP warming (if applicable)

    • Landing Pages

    • Recommendations

    • Affinity Profiles (iGoDigital)

    • Social

    • Social Care

    • SMS Sending

    • SMS Content Creation

    • Push Sending

    • Push Content Creation

You need to keep in mind that traditional Dev/QA/Prod environments for IT rarely apply in MarTech. 9/10 times you are working in production with real customer data.

Each Path should have its own planning, timeline, qa and they all come together,

Need to define Milestones of Success. You are never “done” with a Marketing Cloud project. It is inherent in Marketing that you measure, analyze, test, optimize, and retry. Thus you need to create both achievable and aspirational milestones.
